Pier 27 Cruise Terminal

  • Location
    San Francisco, CA
    Year
  • 2012

The Pier 27 Cruise Terminal is our proposal for the redevelopment of the new Cruise ship terminal at the Embarcadero, organized by the port authority of San Francisco.

The Terminal aims to enable the community, the city and the port authority and to re-envision San Francisco’s neglected industrial waterfront spaces, such as San Francisco’s Pier 27, by creating a multitude of programmatic uses that support commercial, community and tourist based civic functions. In addition to those programmatic requirements, our design proposes to establish a new waterfront civic park that the terminal would literally be embedded in.
