I-Modulome

Modulome homes are made with an energy efficient wood panel system, which is based on a 2-foot grid. The basic house module is 14 feet wide and 42 feet long. The facade, the deck and most of the finishes can easily be adjusted to meet various site and owner requirements.

The I-Modulome is our base model that consists of one fully autonomous module featuring one bed and bathroom, an open living/kitchen area and a small study.
