3-Modulome

Modulome homes are made with an energy efficient wood panel system, which is based on a 2-foot grid. The basic house module is 14 feet wide and 42 feet long. The facade, the deck and most of the finishes can easily be adjusted to meet various site and owner requirements.

The 3-Modulome is a 3 unit, 2 storey configuration providing for a spacious 4 bedroom / study / 3 bathroom layout with a large living / kitchen area that extends onto a spacious deck.
